My daily regimen...

From left to right.

Doterra Mānuka essential oil: this oil is great for inflammation. A couple years ago I broke 4 bones in my foot. And I'm on my feet all day every day. Sometimes it hurts, a lot. This oil helps with that, and bonus- also good for colds. I apply this directly where it hurts!

CBD oil: I use this for a few reasons. The main one also being my foot pain. It is great for broken bones and pain. I also use this oil to help with any anxiety and stress. It does wonders! Like when your boyfriend is driving across country and you can't help but imagine the worse!😵

Elderberry Tincture, made by yours truly: I used to use the tonic, and still do because of the amazing benefits of the added honey, but lately this has been easier. Since it has the dropper in it and it doesn't need refrigeration. This is my immune system boost because I don't have time to be sick!

Vitamin D drops: great for your moods. Great when you are sun deprived in winter. And also great for your immune system.

Doterra on guard beadlets: more immune boost! Because for real I can't get sick.

And depending on how my day looks...

Motivate is a upbeat inspiring oil blend to make me start my day off right.

Or

InTune is an oil blend to help me stay focused on my tasks for the day!

** Since taking the photo a couple weeks ago I have also added 500mg pills of Vitamin C

Share with me what you use daily and why! Would love to hear what others use!

I always have a hard time blogging. I never think my topic is interesting enough and I over think it entirely. So here it is.
